Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent bottling company, created in 2022 by two enthusiasts, Grégory and Alain, originally from Ariège. With solid experience in the spirits field, they chose to express their unique expertise through meticulous blending, aging, and refining, highlighting the authenticity and richness of exceptional rums.

This exclusive edition presents a refined blend of aged rums from Guadeloupe, made from pure sugarcane juice distilled in a column still. These rare rums have been carefully stored in a demijohn at the bottom of a cellar, allowing natural and harmonious aging. The production is limited to only 54 bottles, thus enhancing its precious and unique character.
