The GlenAllachie is an iconic distillery located in Aberlour, in the heart of the prestigious Speyside region of Scotland, renowned worldwide for its exceptional whiskies. Founded in 1967, this distillery began production in February 1968 with an impressive capacity of nearly three million liters of alcohol per year. Put on hold in 1985, the distillery was relaunched under Campbell Distillers, a future branch of Pernod Ricard, marking a revival with 29 consecutive years of high-quality production. Nicknamed "The Home of Clan Campbell Whisky," GlenAllachie has established itself in the landscape of Scottish single malts. In 2005, Chivas Brothers highlighted the brand through the Cask Edition series. Since 2017, thanks to the combined expertise of Billy Walker, Trisha Savage, and Graham Stevenson, a trio of experts with over 100 years of experience in the whisky industry, GlenAllachie Distillery has been managed by The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited, dedicated to crafting whiskies of unique richness and depth.
This GlenAllachie Cask Strength Batch 3 is an exceptional single malt aged 21 years, delicately matured in three strictly selected casks that previously held Pedro Ximénez Sherry, giving this whisky a remarkable aromatic complexity, blending sweetness and elegance.
