Five Farms is an exceptional Irish whiskey cream crafted in the prestigious county of Cork. Thanks to a mild climate and regular rainfall, this region benefits from an ideal terroir for the hundreds of family dairy farms that have thrived here for generations. The historic tradition of distilling authentic Irish whiskey continues successfully, making Five Farms a key player in the premium spirits sector. The dairy producers involved in Five Farms are part of a local cooperative grouping over 500 farms, ensuring fair income and strong community support for each farmer.
After collection, the milk is rigorously analyzed to guarantee impeccable quality, including bacteriological tests, before being filtered and cooled. Every Friday, a tanker truck visits the five selected farms to collect the milk, which is then transported to the local cooperative. There, it is stored in silos separate from other producer families to preserve its integrity. This specially selected milk is transformed into a rich and creamy dairy cream, carefully blended with premium Irish whiskey to create, within less than 48 hours after collection, a delicious Irish Cream Liqueur characterized by its authentic taste and velvety texture.
