The Westland distillery is located in Seattle, United States, a major reference in the world of American craft whiskeys. Founded in 2010 by the visionary master distiller Matt Hofmann, it draws its pure and crystalline water directly from the Cedar River watershed. To produce its whiskey, the distillery uses a unique blend of seven malt varieties, giving its products an exceptional aromatic richness. Committed to an ecological approach, the team actively supports the Garry Oak Restoration project, aiming to restore a 4-hectare nature reserve near Tacoma, Washington, thus highlighting its commitment to biodiversity and sustainable development.

This exclusive Sherry Wood edition is a meticulous blend of 5 carefully selected malts, aged in hogshead and butt casks, made from the same quality barrels used by prestigious Scottish distilleries. This sherry wood aging brings a rich and fruity depth, enhancing every note and offering an unparalleled tasting experience.
