GLENALLACHIE - 13 years old - Madeira Wood Finish - 48%
The GlenAllachie is an iconic distillery located in Aberlour, in the prestigious Speyside region of Scotland. Founded in 1967, it produced its first whisky in February 1968 with an impressive capacity of nearly three million liters of alcohol per year. After a hiatus in 1985, the distillery was taken over by Campbell Distillers (later integrated into the Pernod Ricard group), resuming continuous production from April 24, marking 29 years of uninterrupted expertise. At that time, the distillery was nicknamed The Home of Clan Campbell Whisky. In 2005, Chivas Brothers enriched GlenAllachie's heritage by launching a Single Malt in the highly regarded Cask Edition series. Since 2017, under the expert leadership of Billy Walker, Trisha Savage, and Graham Stevenson, the distillery became The GlenAllachie Distillers Company Limited, benefiting from over 100 years of combined whisky industry expertise.
