The Westland distillery, renowned for its innovation and pursuit of excellence, is located in Seattle, the vibrant heart of the American whisky scene. Founded in 2010 by Matt Hofmann, a passionate and visionary master distiller, this distillery uses pure water drawn from the Cedar River Watershed, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage of production. To craft this unique whisky, seven carefully selected malt varieties are used, offering a rare aromatic complexity. Committed to environmental preservation, the Westland team actively participates in the Garry Oak Restoration project, aiming to create a 4-hectare nature reserve near Tacoma, Washington.

This prestigious Single Malt whisky has been meticulously aged for 40 months in a blend of new and used American oak Cooper's Reserve barrels, complemented by first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, hogsheads, as well as first and second-fill ex-Oloroso butts, thus imparting a unique richness and depth to each tasting.
