Rhum Rhum PMG is one of the most innovative and recent distilleries in the Caribbean, founded in 2006 thanks to the prestigious partnership of major rum players: Velier, Capovilla, and Bielle. Located within the Bielle distillery while remaining independent, especially for its supply of cane juice, Rhum Rhum PMG stands out with a revolutionary approach that places its white agricole rums among the best in the world. Their cane juice is naturally fermented without dilution, with precise control of the fermentation process that slowly extends over 7 to 9 days, thus ensuring exceptional aromatic richness. The vesou is then double distilled in two copper pot stills heated by a water bath according to the exclusive technique of Bernd Müller, ensuring finesse and complexity in the final product. Part of these rums is aged in exceptional barrels, notably former Bourbon, Burgundy, and Sauternes casks, bringing unique depth and subtly woody notes.
