Davide Romano and his partner rigorously select Single Casks of exceptional whiskies and rums, which they age for a long time before bottling without cold filtration or added colorants, thus guaranteeing impeccable quality and authenticity.

This exceptional 16-year-old rum, from the famous South Pacific Distillery (SPD) located in the Fiji Islands, was distilled in 2004. It has undergone meticulous aging in Bourbon casks, which imparts rich and complex aromas, combining power and finesse. This exclusive limited edition produced only 227 numbered bottles, making each bottle a rare and precious piece to discover.
