In the 1930s, in Guadeloupe, a small emblematic artisanal distillery was born, Domaine de Courcelles, renowned for its exceptional aged rums. Although this distillery unfortunately closed its doors in 1964, its legacy lives on through limited editions of rare rums prized by connoisseurs. All the barrels and the still were taken over by the prestigious Saint Marthe distillery, which operated this authentic equipment before ceasing its activities in 1972. These unique bottles, true witnesses of a bygone era, represent a precious heritage of Guadeloupean rum.
