Originally, the Savanna Estate, located in Saint-Paul at the foot of the majestic mountains of La Réunion, was founded in the early 19th century as an artisanal sugar factory. The Savanna distillery, a symbol of excellence, was established between 1948 and 1950 thanks to the innovative vision of Émile Hugot, a former student of the École Centrale des Arts et Manufactures in Paris. Recognized worldwide for his expertise in the sugar industry, he transformed Savanna into an essential reference. From 1982, the distillery signed a key contract that allowed it to elevate the quality of its rums among the best high-end agricultural rums. This quality requirement also earned Savanna the distinction of being the first European distillery to obtain the prestigious ISO 9002 certification, a guarantee of a rigorous and innovative production process.

This Savanna Creol 52 white rum is made exclusively from pure fresh sugarcane juice, carefully harvested on the lands of Réunion, then distilled according to the traditional ancestral methods that make great agricultural rums renowned. Its intensive aromatic richness and high strength of 52% make it an exceptional product, ideal for lovers of powerful, authentic, and naturally flavorful white rum.
