RHUM NEISSON - Wooden box collection cuvée ARMADA - limited edition of 110 copies - vintage 1993 - 46.3% ABV
Founded in 1931 during the interwar period, the Neisson distillery was established thanks to brothers Adrien and Hildebert Pamphile, known as Jean Neisson, who acquired the La Thieulbert estate, renowned for its 20 hectares of sugarcane plantations. Located in the northwest of Martinique, near Saint-Pierre at the foot of the majestic Montagne Pelée, this family distillery embodies the authenticity and excellence of agricole rum. Adrien, the elder, set up an artisanal distillery while Jean, the younger, finished his studies in Paris, where he created an import-export company to market these liquid treasures. His passion for distillation materialized with the order of a Savalle column modified according to his specifications, aiming to qualitatively enhance Neisson rums.
Today, the Neisson family continues this precious know-how, running one of the last independent distilleries in Martinique, with an exclusive production from its 40 hectares of sugarcane cultivated with care and sustainable commitment.
We present here the 1993 vintage of the prestigious Neisson cuvée ARMADA, bottled at its natural maturation strength, guaranteeing incomparable intensity and aromatic richness. A true exceptional rum, this rare edition is highlighted by a finely crafted decanter, adorned with a hand engraving representing a galleon, an emblematic symbol of the Neisson house and its maritime heritage. A true masterpiece that will enhance your collection and leave a lasting impression on your senses.
This ARMADA cuvée, one of the most elite and limited of the house, was produced in only 57 copies. Clos des Spiritueux is proud to offer you this unique piece, a true work of art blending tradition, prestige, and excellence, for discerning enthusiasts seeking rare and authentic rums.
