RHUM NEISSON - Wooden box collection cuvée ARMADA - limited edition of 110 copies 1992 - 46.8%
Founded in 1931, during the interwar period, the Neisson distillery owes its origin to the brothers Adrien and Hildebert Pamphile, nicknamed Jean Neisson, who acquired the La Thieulbert estate, then equipped with 20 hectares of sugar cane. Located in the northwest of Martinique, not far from Saint-Pierre, at the foot of the majestic Montagne Pelée, this property quickly became the cradle of exceptional rums. Adrien, the elder, initiated the creation of a small distillery while Jean, the younger, completed his studies in Paris. While Adrien focused on artisanal production on the island, Jean set up an import-export company to market these exceptional spirits in Paris. Passionate about quality, Jean Neisson ordered a Savalle column still modified according to his requirements, thus optimizing the still to enhance the aromas and guarantee a unique quality to their rums.
Today, the Neisson distillery remains an independent family business, one of the last true artisanal distilleries in Martinique. It carefully cultivates its own 40 hectares of sugar cane, ensuring unmatched traceability and authenticity for each bottle.
Attention, here is an exceptional rarity embodying the very essence of Neisson: on the occasion of its 85th anniversary, the house unveils this sumptuous wooden box of the cuvée Armada, Vintage 1992, limited to only 110 copies. Clos des Spiritueux is proud and honored to present one of the most prestigious and sought-after cuvées of the Neisson house, a true gem for collectors and discerning enthusiasts.
