SAINT JAMES RUM - Aged Rum - Cuvée 1765 - Gift box with glass - 42%
Saint-James began its journey thanks to the visionary initiative of Reverend Edmond Lefebure, then superior father at the Brothers of Charity convent and passionate about chemistry. He quickly recognized the exceptional potential of the spirits distilled near his hospital and decided to produce them himself, giving birth to exceptional rums he named "Saint-James."
This fascinating and mysterious story has its roots in 1765, the emblematic year of the creation of the prestigious Saint-James plantations, from which this tribute cuvée takes its name. The aged rum Saint-James Cuvée 1765 represents the culmination of meticulous expertise, resulting from a harmonious blend of rums aged more than 6 years in small oak barrels. It is this unique aging in the historic cellars of Saint-James, located on Sainte-Marie Island in Martinique, that gives this rum all its aromatic intensity, complex richness, and a deep, shimmering amber color. Certified A.O.P. Martinique, this gem is presented in an elegant bottle, reflecting the finesse and prestige of the brand.
