Hysope is a French brand of artisan Tonic and Ginger Beer and certified organic. Founded in 2019 by Mériadec Buchmuller, the company draws its inspiration from a unique journey: in 2015, Mériadec hitchhiked from Paris along the famous "spice route" to Kerala, in southwestern India. This olfactory and gustatory adventure gave him the impulse to create the Hysope range, synonymous with quality, authenticity, and natural aromas. The brand's offices are located in Bordeaux, while bottling is done near Cognac. The label printing is done in Brittany, and the aromas are carefully selected in Grasse, Provence, the world cradle of perfumes. The key ingredient is hyssop, a French plant with blue, violet, or white flowers, known for its virtues and delicate floral flavors. The quinine, essential for the production of all our tonics, comes directly from Cayenne in French Guiana, guaranteeing an authentic and natural bitterness.
