The Henri Marie drinks are organic artisanal plant-based beverages, non-alcoholic, subtly sparkling, and very low in calories. Made from infusions, decoctions, and macerations of carefully selected aromatic and medicinal plants, they represent a healthy, natural, and gourmet alternative to wines and other alcoholic drinks. Produced in the historic Belley distillery, in close collaboration with the Michelin-starred chef Édouard Loubet, these drinks reflect exceptional craftsmanship. The Chartreuse brand acquired the company in 2023 with the ambition to explore the world of plants, wellness, and care, while restoring the distillery's former glory and reputation.
This exceptional drink is made from naturally carbonated water, fresh lemon and lime juice, grapefruit, juniper berries, black pepper, fresh ginger, gentian root, thyme, horseradish root, blackcurrant buds, and a subtle touch of cayenne pepper. Gentian, known for its traditional virtues, helps relieve gastrointestinal disorders, effectively stimulates digestion, and improves overall condition thanks to its tonifying, purifying, and revitalizing properties.
