Hysope is a recognized French brand of artisan Tonic and Ginger Beer, 100% certified organic. Founded in 2019 by Mériadec Buchmuller, this innovative brand draws its inspiration from a unique journey started in 2015, when he hitchhiked from Paris along the famous "spice route" to Kerala, in southwestern India. This sensory experience led to the creation of the Hysope range. The offices are based in Bordeaux, bottling is done near Cognac, printing is carried out in Brittany, while the natural flavors are rigorously selected in Grasse, Provence, the world capital of perfumes. The flagship ingredient is French hyssop, a plant with beautiful blue, violet, or white flowers, symbolizing quality and authenticity. Quinine, an essential ingredient for tonic production, comes from sustainable sources in Cayenne, French Guiana.
