Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water - 20 cl

Fever-Tree is an iconic British brand specializing in the production of premium quality soft drinks. Founded in 2004 by Charles Rolls and Tim Warrillow, this innovative company has revolutionized the high-end mixer market. The name "Fever-Tree" directly refers to their flagship product: tonic water. This is infused with quinine, a natural compound extracted from the bark of the cinchona tree, a tree native to South America. Historically, quinine was introduced in India as a pharmaceutical remedy against malaria fever. To reduce its bitterness, it was mixed with sparkling water and sugar, thus giving birth to the world's first tonic water. The cinchona tree was actually nicknamed in India "the fever tree" (Fever Tree), a direct reference to the brand's name.

Our Premium Soda Water is carefully crafted using sodium bicarbonate, which gives it a delicate and distinctive minerality. This characteristic enriches and enhances all the natural notes of the spirits it is paired with, making this soda water an essential component for exceptional cocktails.
