Félix Bigallet - Génépi - Capercaillie - 40%
The Bigallet distillery is a family business located in Isère. It mainly produces fruit-based syrups and aperitifs but also regional fruit and plant creams and liqueurs as well as candies and nougat.
This génep is made in the Alps. It consists of water, alcohol, sugar and infusion and distillate of Genepi artemisia mutellina harvested at more than 1,800 meters above sea level. It can be enjoyed neat, on ice or in a cocktail.
