Cognac Paul Giraud - Sparkling White Grape Juice - 75cl

The exceptional 42-hectare vineyard of Paul Giraud is located in Bouteville, a charming village nestled in the heart of the prestigious Grande Champagne region, renowned for its unique clay-limestone soils. From rigorous cultivation to meticulous distillation processes, Paul Giraud favors an ancestral know-how passed down through generations, ensuring a pure and authentic expression of the terroir through exceptional cognacs made without blending.

To preserve the incomparable quality of the Ugni Blanc grapes, the harvest is done by hand, ensuring a strict selection of the bunches. Vinification and distillation take place directly on the estate, allowing full control over the process. Aging in carefully selected oak barrels gives each cognac its nobility and aromatic complexity. The naturally humid cellars provide perfect harmony, bringing exceptional smoothness and roundness to the spirits signed Paul Giraud.

This white grape juice is delicately carbonated with CO2, preserving all the freshness and purity of its natural aromas, ideal for a refreshing and authentic tasting experience.
