Zero Nine Spirits (Zn09) is an independent bottling company founded in 2022 by two enthusiasts, Grégory and Alain, originally from Ariège. With several years of experience in the world of spirits, they embarked on this adventure to offer unique blends, refined aging, and innovative finishing, thus meeting the expectations of discerning premium rum lovers.

This exclusive edition highlights an exceptional rum from Trinidad. Distilled in a column still from molasses in 2006, this rum underwent meticulous aging in American oak barrels. It aged for 11 years in a tropical climate before being finished for 6 years in a continental climate, offering remarkable aromatic complexity. The production is very limited with only 240 numbered bottles, ensuring a precious rarity for collectors and connoisseurs of exceptional rums.
