Valinch & Mallet<\/strong> is a passionate independent bottling house<\/strong>, founded by two friends from different backgrounds, united by their deep love for exceptional whisky and rum. Their goal is to elevate these unique spirits into true works of art and share them with a discerning audience. Davide Romano<\/strong> and his partner rigorously select Single Casks<\/strong> of rare whiskies and rums, carefully maturing them before bottling in their pure state, without chill filtration or added coloring, thus ensuring maximum quality and authenticity.<\/p>

This exceptional rum is part of the prestigious Spirit of Art 5<\/strong> series. It is a harmonious blend of rums distilled in 2008 from five renowned Jamaican distilleries<\/strong>. This vintage benefited from 14 years<\/strong> of aging, with two initial years in a tropical climate that developed intense aromas, followed by maturation in a continental climate, adding complexity and balance. This unique cask (#35) produced only 262 numbered bottles<\/strong>, attesting to its exclusivity. The elegant label design is by Bn+Brinanovara<\/strong>, an artistic duo composed of Giorgio Brina and Simone Novara, bringing a contemporary and refined touch to this limited edition.<\/p>
