This exceptional vintage was distilled in 1991 at the highly reputed Uitvlugt Distillery, located in Guyana. Produced in a wooden pot still with double distillation, it benefits from a unique aging process: 10 years spent in a Bourbon barrel, then an additional 19 years in a French oak barrel, which gives it rare complexity and finesse. The entire aging took place under a continental climate to preserve all the subtlety of the aromas. This ultra-limited edition consists of only 277 bottles worldwide, available on Clos des Spiritueux.
