Antipodes is an exclusive and innovative collection launched by La Maison du Whisky, unveiled at the prestigious Whisky Live Paris 2022. This unique range highlights exceptional blends, composed of both very young whiskies and rare, old vintages from historic houses and renowned distilleries.
Limited to only 2,000 bottles, this collector's edition was carefully bottled exclusively for La Maison du Whisky within the Antipodes range. The meticulous blend includes two Single Grains (30%), two Highland Single Malts (29%), and two Speyside Single Malts (41%), with ages ranging from 6 to 15 years. These whiskies were matured in a carefully selected range of first-fill casks – Bourbon barrels, Oloroso Sherry casks, as well as virgin American oak casks, toasted and charred, bringing complexity and depth to the whole. Synthesis is available both bottled and in bulk, supporting the development of ecoSPIRITS, an innovative eco-responsible solution for spirits distribution, coupled with an ambitious global reforestation program. Created in 2018 in Singapore, this revolutionary green technology aims to drastically reduce carbon emissions and eliminate the use of single-use glass, thus contributing to a more sustainable future.
