Launched in 2011, the Artist Collection presents each year an exclusive selection of rare and exceptional whiskies, rigorously chosen by La Maison du Whisky. These exceptional Single Malts stand out not only for their rare quality but also for their artistic labels created by renowned talents. In 2022, the Artist series honors a legendary distillery: Strathisla. Located near Keith, in the prestigious Speyside region of Scotland, this distillery is known as a key component in the production of renowned blended whiskies, notably the famous Chivas Regal blend.

The original graphic interpretation of this 2022 collection is by contemporary artist Mathéo Modol, who in June 2022 captured nearly a thousand chiaroscuro images of the distillery, enhancing the authentic soul of the place. The exclusive range consists of five unique single cask barrels, distilled over a period from 1991 to 2012, carefully selected from about fifty rare and precious samples.

This vintage Strathisla edition comes from a distillation carried out in 1991 and has patiently matured for more than 30 years in a single reused cask numbered (#1014). Only 146 bottles were bottled, guaranteeing exceptional rarity and quality.
