Since 1974, Etienne Brana and his wife Adrienne have founded this renowned distillery by planting an orchard of William pear trees, precious sources of their eaux-de-vie. A passionate self-taught distiller, Etienne Brana mastered the ancestral art of distillation by developing traditional copper pot stills. Today, this know-how, passed on to their children Martine and Jean, continues to evolve thanks to Martine, a dedicated distiller, who innovates meticulously by combining fruits, spices, and wild plants from the Basque terroir. The fruit eaux-de-vie and artisan liqueurs from the Domaine are thus made by maceration or distillation, guaranteeing premium quality and unique authenticity.
