The Wild Series No.27 is an exceptional rum distilled at the Enmore distillery, located in Guyana, a land rich in rum traditions. This rum was made from molasses, using a traditional wooden Versailles still, in December 1990, then carefully aged for 31 years in a continental climate, ensuring slow and complex maturation. This exclusive aging in a single cask that previously held Bourbon (#16) resulted in a remarkable blend, limited to only 185 bottles.
