Canerock is a prestigious brand of the Maison Ferrand, located in Cognac, a region renowned for its exceptional expertise in spirits. Since the 1980s, Pierre Ferrand has surrounded himself with a dedicated team of enthusiasts and traveled the world to build an international distribution network sharing the same values of excellence and the same authentic vision as Maison Ferrand. In the 1990s, his partner Alexandre Gabriel explored the Caribbean with the innovative goal of redistributing some used Cognac barrels to other local producers, notably master rum makers. This approach led to the creation of Plantation, an iconic range of carefully selected and aged terroir rums. Furthermore, Maison Ferrand owns the West Indies Rum Distillery in Barbados and is a key shareholder of National Rum of Jamaica, which includes the Clarendon and Long Pond distilleries.
