Born from the desire to restore an old tradition and establish a fair trade and as clean as possible, the Brothers of the Coast have acquired a 3 mats on which they carry chocolate, coffee, wine, tuna line and of course rum. Everything is propelled by the only force of the wind that allows this crossing of the Atlantic to bring us delicious products.

This rum produced in very limited quantities comes from sugar cane harvested by hand, cut with a machete and put in rapid fermentation with indigenous yeasts (local yeasts). The vesou is then distilled twice in a Creole column and then in a Muller still. He then aged 6 years in barrels of Bourbons.

These rums were selected by the Brothers of the Coast in the cellar of the house Bielle (located in Marie-Galante), house recognized for its exceptional knowledge. They then aged 6 months on the Tres Hombres where the swell allowed a rum brewing that brings a magnificent maturity to the rum. The latter then rested 1 year in the winery of the Brothers of the Coast in Saint-Etienne to be finally bottled in January 2019.
