Spirits X Los Convidados Swell Blanco Tequila is produced at the Cascahuin Distillery using a traditional artisanal method. The 100% Azul agaves, harvested after more than 5 years of maturation, are slowly cooked in an underground oven for 7 days. The juice is extracted in the Tahona style, naturally fermented for 5 days in wooden vats with the fibers, then double distilled in copper stills. This limited edition of 5,000 bottles (500 ml) is 47% ABV. It seduces with its refined profile: a nose of licorice, nougat, citrus, and cinnamon; an elegant, textured palate with notes of star anise, coconut, and fine spices. A sophisticated spirit to be enjoyed on its own, as a digestif, or to enrich a collection of rare tequilas.
