Made from Chardonnay grown organically, this wine exemplifies the new generation of Champagne winemakers who highlight terroir beyond the bubbles. The 2023 vintage stands out for its mineral tension, aromatic precision, and elegance. The nose reveals notes of fresh lemon, white flowers, green apple, and wet chalk, typical of the area's limestone soils. On the palate, the balance is remarkable: straightness, salinity, finesse, and a long, crystalline finish. With this Les Plantes cuvée, Gaspart Brochet delivers a modern, vibrant Coteaux Champenois deeply rooted in the Écueil terroir—a rarity sought after by lovers of great Champagne whites.
