Founded in 2024 by three passionate individuals, Julien, Étienne, and Jérémie, POH! Spirits Adventure embodies the spirit of exploration and conviviality. Their name, inspired by the "pop" of a cork opening, evokes the pleasure of sharing a glass with friends or family. This independent French bottler highlights unique selections of rums, cognacs, and armagnacs, with the aim of discovering, sharing, and highlighting artisanal know-how.

The Grand Arôme Rum from the Distillerie du Galion , bottled at 54% and aged in barrels that previously contained wine brandy, is a superb illustration of this. Coming from the Martinique tradition, it reveals an intense and generous character. The nose reveals exuberant aromas of ripe tropical fruits, deep molasses and notes of cooked wine. The palate, ample and warm, combines lively spices and the richness of the Grand Arôme with an elegant vinous dimension. The long and delicious finish completes a bold vintage, designed for lovers of terroir rums with a strong profile.
