Château Peybonhomme Les Tours - The White Bonhomme 2024

Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours is located in Cars, in the Blaye Côte de Bordeaux appellation. The Hubert family has been at Château Peybonhomme-Les-Tours since 1895 and has been owned by six generations since then. They also own Château La Grolet in Côtes de Bourg. Both estates are certified biodynamic .

Blanc Bonhomme is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%) and Sémillon (50%) . Fermentation occurs spontaneously with indigenous yeasts, in concrete vats and new barrels (40%). Aging lasts 6 months with regular stirring.

Grape varieties: 50% Sauvignon Blanc, 50% Sémillon

"The Blanc Bonhomme 2024 plays with finesse in a very Bordeaux-style setting. The Sauvignon brings its liveliness and fresh citrus aromas, while the Sémillon creates a smooth texture. It's a white wine with character, yet full of nuances, which fully expresses itself after a few minutes of aeration."
