Maison Ferroni is located in Aubagne in Provence , near Marseille. The distillery is headquartered at Château des Creissauds . Guillaume Ferroni , passionate about old spirits and aromatic plants, has developed a varied range of spirits, combining history, cultural heritage and natural riches. He sells rums, whiskies, liqueurs, pastis, etc., most of the plants required for their production are grown and harvested wild on the estate.

Château des Creissauds Pastis is made from fresh plants from the estate's 7 hectares. These aromatic plants are complemented by Mediterranean plants grown in the Château's herb gardens. After a manual harvest that takes place from April to October, the plants are macerated in a demijohn in high-quality alcohol. Each plant is macerated separately before being blended together and then placed in oak barrels for a year. The distillate is then racked, and licorice and anise essence are added before reduction to the final strength.

This special edition was released to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the pastis. It is a blend of vintages from 2010 to 2023 .
