This limited edition Engine Gin is meticulously crafted with high-quality neutral wheat alcohol, enhanced with fresh juniper berries, vibrant lemon peels, subtly sweet licorice roots, aromatic sage leaves, delicate Damask rose petals, pure spring water, and natural essential oils. The exceptional aromatic complexity of this gin comes from its unique aging in casks that previously held Caroni rum, originating from Trinidad, an iconic distillery closed since 2001, imparting intense and smooth notes of vanilla, spices, and precious woods to the gin.
