Rumpablic is an Italian rum brand created in 2018 by a group of friends who are passionate about rum and concerned about the environment. Rumpablic selects multi-origin rum bases and uses different distillation processes, while exploring new aging techniques. The finishing process takes place in the famous Florio Cellars in Marsala , Sicily, where the renowned Marsala wine has been produced since 1833. The master of the Florio Cellars takes care of every aspect of the Rumpablic Sicilian Legacy, right down to its maturation: he chooses the right barrel of Marsala and finds the perfect place in the cellar to let the influence of the Mediterranean breeze affect Rumpablic in the desired way. The Rumpablic brand is renowned for its commitment to environmental and social sustainability . Their production is based on organic and responsible agriculture , with a reduction in carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions.

Rumpablic Sicilian Legacy is a pot still distilled rum from Barbados . It is first aged for 3 years in oak barrels in the Caribbean, then is refined for a minimum of 6 months in Sicily in barrels that have contained Marsala wine.
