A "New Make" is the pure and fresh essence extracted from the still, a high-alcohol spirit that is unaged or very lightly aged, allowing enthusiasts to discover the quintessence of whisky before its maturation in casks, thus offering a unique and authentic tasting experience.
Chocolate Malt, the third edition of the prestigious Brewers Series, highlights chocolate malt, an intensely roasted specialty malt that infuses the spirit with powerful and rich notes of deep dark chocolate, evoking intense cocoa aromas.
