The New Make Spirit refers to the raw alcohol directly from the still, unaged or barely matured, allowing enthusiasts to discover the purity and aromatic richness of the distillate before it is aged in casks.
The Crystal Malt edition, the second in the prestigious Brewers series, highlights an exceptional malt: Crystal Malt. This specialty malt, lightly roasted, is known for its essential role in brewing Bitters beers, where it brings a gentle sweet touch and a complex aromatic profile.
