The Wild Parrot is a renowned independent bottling company, born from the passion and collaboration between Stefano Cremaschi, founder of the well-known company "The Whisky Roundabout," and Andrea Ferrari from Hidden Spirit, in the early 2010s. Their unique expertise allows them to reveal exceptional rums for discerning enthusiasts.

This rare and precious expression was carefully selected by La Maison du Whisky, an essential reference in the world of spirits. The rum comes from the prestigious Mount Gay Distillery located in Barbados, in the historic parish of Saint Michael. Distilled in 1996, this molasses rum aged for 26 years in a single American oak cask (#WP96512) that previously contained rum, giving it exceptional aromatic complexity. Bottled in 2022, this limited edition consists of only 266 numbered bottles, a treasure for collectors and connoisseurs.
