This rum was made from molasses, distilled in a wooden Versailles MEV still in December 1990, then aged for 31 years in a harsh continental climate. This Single Cask No. 15, a barrel previously containing Bourbon, yielded only 170 numbered bottles, ensuring its exclusivity and rarity.
