Bourbon - Blanton's Single Barrel #453 - French Connections - 55%
\nBlanton’s is an iconic Bourbon brand, produced by the prestigious Buffalo Trace Distillery, located in the heart of Kentucky, the historic birthplace of Bourbon in the United States. Founded on a strong family tradition, the story begins in the winter of 1881 with Albert Bacon Blanton, from one of the first influential families in the Bourbon industry. From the age of 16, he was actively involved in the distillery as an office clerk before becoming a major innovator in the art of distillation. Becoming president in 1921, he oversaw the impressive expansion of the distillery, which grew from 44 to 144 buildings, becoming the largest and most recognized of its time. During these years, Colonel Blanton established a very exclusive private Bourbon reserve, made from careful selections and aged in the famous Warehouse H, renowned worldwide for the quality of its aging. Even after his death in the spring of 1959, his legacy endures. Launched in 1984, Blanton’s Single Barrel was the first Bourbon of its kind to be marketed in single barrels, thus offering a unique and authentic tasting experience.
