Velier is an iconic company founded in 1947 by Casimiro Chaix in Genoa, Italy. Alongside Arturo Lupi, they created in 1953 a wine and spirits import company distinguished by the quality and originality of its selections. From 1983, under the direction of Gian Luca Gargano, Velier specialized in importing high-end spirits for professionals, revolutionizing the Italian market. In 1988, Velier innovated by importing the first New World wines into Italy. From 1992, the company began selecting and aging casks of Single Malts and rare rums, developing its own brand from 1995. In 2001, Velier unveiled its first prestigious selection of Damoiseau rums. Habitation Velier is a project born in 2015 from the exceptional collaboration between Luca Gargano and the best rum distillers worldwide. Each bottle is a true unique masterpiece, carrying an innovative and original project with exclusive organoleptic characteristics, introducing a "world first" for each distillery involved.
Privateer 2017 is a molasses rum from the independent Privateer distillery located in New England, Massachusetts. Distilled in 2017, this rum was aged for 3 years on site, revealing a distinctive aromatic richness that appeals to lovers of authentic and artisanal rums.
C<>H (pronounced C Diamond H) is an iconic rum from the Hampden Distillery in Jamaica, renowned for its powerful and complex rums. This 2010 vintage is characterized by an exceptional ester content between 1,300 and 1,400 g/HL, offering a rare aromatic intensity appreciated by connoisseurs. Aged for 10 years at its production site, this rum lost more than 60% of its mass to the angels' share, thus concentrating its exceptional aromas.
Mount Gay 2011 is a molasses rum from the legendary Mount Gay Distillery in Barbados. Distilled in 2011, this rum aged for 9 years in the distillery's warehouses before bottling, offering the roundness and aromatic complexity characteristic of the best Caribbean productions.
