Transmitted from Maestro to Maestro, thanks to the solera method, all the bottles of Santa Teresa 1796 contain juice from the very first barrel of 1796, the original barrel, which has never been emptied. Indeed each time a bottle is drawn, the barrel is filled with a slightly younger rum. And this is repeated on each bottle of Santa Teresa 1796.
