Carefully selected by the Dutch independent bottler Scheer as well as by the Italian specialist Velier, this exceptional rum comes from a meticulous blend of 12 barrels distilled in 2004 and fully aged in a European continental climate environment. This exclusive cuvée, belonging to the prestigious category of Plummer rums (EMB), is produced by the famous Monymusk distillery. It stands out for its high ester content, reaching 129.9 grams per hectoliter of pure alcohol, ensuring remarkable aromatic complexity. Focused on the richness of cane sugar, this rum reveals a wide range of intense flavors and nuanced aromas, ideal for discerning enthusiasts and passionate collectors.
