Domaine Théo Blet - Le Corbin 2023

Domaine Théo Blet is located in Saumur, in the Loire Valley. Théo Blet represents the fourth generation of his family dedicated to viticulture in this region. After gradually taking over his father's vineyards, he now farms 16 hectares organically . He produces two cuvées (La Peyanne and Le Corbin) from one hectare of his vineyard, while the rest of the grapes continue to be sent to the local cooperative with which his family has collaborated for years. Théo Blet plans to expand production under his own label in the coming years, with the aim of showcasing the legacy of several generations.

Corbin is made from Cabernet Franc . The wine is aged for 12 months in 400-litre French oak barrels, 10% of which are new.
