Located in Souillac, in the heart of Lot , the Maison Louis Roque , a family distillery founded in 1905, has been perpetuating the art of artisanal distillation for over a century. A true emblem of Southwestern expertise, it stands out for its commitment to traditional methods, respect for the fruit, and manual labor, far removed from industrial logic.

Genepi liqueur is made by macerating sprigs of genepi, an alpine plant with floral and slightly minty aromas. Harvested by hand in the mountains during the summer, the sprigs are carefully dried to preserve their aromatic richness. They are then infused in alcohol and sweetened with a sugar syrup for a perfect balance.
