The Ferroni House is ideally located in Aubagne in Provence, very close to Marseille. The historic headquarters of the distillery was established at the Château des Creissauds. Guillaume Ferroni, a true enthusiast of ancient spirits and rare aromatic plants, has developed an exceptional range of artisanal spirits, combining history, Provençal cultural heritage, and authentic natural treasures. He offers a varied selection including rums, whiskies, liqueurs, high-quality pastis, and more. Most of the plants essential for production are cultivated and carefully harvested wild on the preserved lands of the estate.

The Pastis from Château des Creissauds is carefully crafted from fresh plants grown on the estate's 7 hectares. These exceptional aromatic plants are enhanced by Mediterranean plants cultivated with ancestral know-how in the Château's aromatic gardens. The manual harvest, carried out with great care from April to October, ensures the preservation of natural and intense aromas. These plants are then macerated separately in demijohns filled with superfine alcohol to gently extract their quintessences. After precise blending, the mixture is aged in oak vats for a full year to enrich the complexity and depth of the aromas. The resulting distillate is rigorously drawn off, and natural licorice as well as pure anise essence are added before a careful reduction to the final alcohol degree of 45%.
