Warehouse #1 is an independent bottler located in the Czech Republic . The company was founded by Jiří Rabel and Jakub Janeček , friends and co-owners of Ultra Premium Brands, whose roots date back to 1993. Their business is focused on sourcing, importing and selling premium quality products that they think unique, innovative or highly respected in their home country and popular. They have a physical store in Prague, Warehouse #1, opened in 2011.

The UPB White Rum series has been designed to highlight great pure rums without any ageing.

NYE/WK was distilled in New Yarmouth in the parish of Clarendon, using a long fermentation and probably also some dunder (a residue left over after fermentation that brings complex and unique flavors to the rum). WK stands for Winston Kennedy and contains 1500-1600 ester marks.
