These two enthusiasts met in 1999 in Saint Joseph, in the south of the beautiful island of Réunion. After leaving their native island to pursue higher education in mainland France, they decided in 2018 to pause their respective careers as a media consultant and a chef to realize a dream born during the long mainland winters: Les Arrangés Gadyamb.
