Belgian Owl is an exceptional Single Malt crafted in Belgium, made from barley grown in the Hesbaye region following principles of sustainable responsible agriculture. This approach guarantees an authentic product, from cultivation to distillation. The distillery Clos des Spiritueux was founded by Etienne Bouillon, a passionate master distiller, who filled his first cask in 2004. Since 2013, the distillery has been equipped with the historic stills from the former Caperdonich distillery located in Rothes, in the famous Speyside region of Scotland, renowned worldwide for the quality of its whiskies.

The Passion Edition 2020 - 004 comes from a single numbered cask (#6631681). This whisky represents a meticulous maturation of 36 to 60 months, having matured in a first-fill Bourbon barrel, then carefully finished in a Quercus Alba American white oak barrel, to reveal a rich and balanced aromatic palette.

Non-peated whisky, offering a delicate and elegant profile, ideal for lovers of fine and natural flavors.
