At Clos des Spiritueux, all ingredients used are 100% natural, carefully selected to fairly support the local economy and guarantee optimal freshness. The rums are rigorously chosen from the best distilleries in the Antilles, while the fruits are harvested at full maturity directly from carefully selected local producers personally known to Cédric. The cane sugar syrup, specially crafted to enhance each creation, reveals the full aromatic richness of Les Rhums de Ced.
To perfect his blends, Cédric has an exceptional cellar where his rums age slowly, from a minimum of a few months to several years, to achieve unparalleled complexity and depth. Some batches are even refined in barrels of former French wines and European spirits, bringing a refined and unique touch to each bottle. The workshop is certified organic, ensuring a natural and environmentally respectful product.
